The Industrial Supply Association is the leading trade association for the maintenance, repair, operations and production (MROP) supply channel. ISA is the premier source of education, networking, information and relationships that drives success for members and their customers in the Industrial MROP marketplace. Following is a look at the ways ISA delivers value to members and the marketplace via our promises to you.
Distributor Member Value Proposition
ISA is an association of independent business people and owners in the MROP Industry in North America with a focus on helping small and medium-sized businesses compete in the global marketplace. ISA has developed business support services in the areas of Sales & Marketing, Management, Employee Development & HR, and Customer Service, along with world class networking opportunities for current and future business leaders. ISA's offerings in all of these areas allow ISA distributor members to differentiate themselves from the competition and grow their bottom line.
Supplier Member Value Proposition
For suppliers, ISA is a cost-effective method to network and learn from industry-leading distributors, representatives, and manufacturers in the $100 billion industrial supply market. ISA manufacturers have access to robust market data and business analytics, thereby allowing for better resource utilization with regards to target markets and marketing campaigns. ISA offers comprehensive training programs for all levels in your manufacturing organization, from senior leadership to entry level sales personnel. ISA is your ONE source for complete access to the industrial supply market.
Industrial Manufacturer's Representative Member Value Proposition
The value of ISA for an IMR is the networking and exposure to a diverse group of industrial distributors and suppliers. ISA is the only industrial supply organization that gives manufacturer's representatives, women executives and emerging professionals a home for the candid exchange of ideas and educational opportunities.
Affiliate Member Value Proposition
Through membership in ISA, affiliate members have access to industry education, networking and partnership opportunities to provide expertise and programs that support the business growth, performance, and profitability of all ISA member companies. ISA provides Affiliate Members the opportunity to enhance the profitability of all stakeholders in ISA through cost reduction and revenue enhancing activities.
