Benchmarking for Success - Change the way you assess performance

Available at the ISA Convention 2018

April 15, 2018, ISA Convention 2018 – Baltimore, MD

Speaker: Scott Hackworth, Senior Vice President, Industry Insights

ISA has completely revamped its benchmarking portfolio. New for 2018 is the Annual Performance Report (APR), a monthly Top Line Pulse and a bi-annual Compensation Report. Designed by ISA members for its members, ISA has partnered with Industry Insights to provide a state of the art, web based, dynamic suite of benchmarking services. This initiative supersedes and replaces all previous benchmarking effective January 1, 2018 and will provide ISA members a suite of world class benchmarking helping members change the way they assess performance while targeting areas for improvement.

During this session, Scott will reveal preliminary results from ISA’s new Annual Performance Report (APR).  He will highlight and explain the metrics that are most closely aligned with distributors’ success, and he will give examples for how to apply the results to your own business.

A portion of the session will also describe ISA’s other active research projects: its monthly Top Line Pulse; and its Distributor Compensation Report.  The presentation will increase your knowledge of ISA’s research projects and how the information can improve your operations.

Manufacturers are encouraged to join distributors for this session. Manufacturers will not only learn the key success factors for distributors, but will be ahead of the learning curve as benchmarking for Manufacturers is the next ISA initiative.

Industry Insights is the leading provider of high quality benchmarking and research services across all associations.
