2008 Employee Compensation Report

The 2008 Employee Compensation Study is now available. This valuable report is conducted every two years and is the most extensive compensation report ever conducted for the durable goods distribution industry. ISA and 30 other distribution associations participated in the cross industry survey, which makes Volume II a much more powerful analysis.

The very comprehensive report had a final sample size of 1,704 distribution companies, of which 85 were ISA members. This report on compensation levels, fringe benefits and sales compensation methods will be of help in evaluating your personnel policies.

ISA Industry Report - Volume I: This report focuses on the data collected for ISA distributors as a group, which provides the ability to compare your company to similar companies in our industry, which is of significant value. The report has been provided to every ISA home office. 

Cross Industry Report - Volume II: This report aggregates the results of the entire sample, which will provide an in-depth examination of the data both by geographic area (down to specific regions, states and even local metro areas) and company sales volume. This report is far more detailed and comprehensive and is available on a CD in an Excel format, which allows for quick access to the information you need.

If your company participated in the survey, the Cross Industry Report – Volume II is available to order at a nominal fee of $50.00. For all other ISA members who did not participate in the survey, Volume II is available at a fee of $150.00.
