As you know, we have been following the litigation in which Reeder-Simco GMC, Inc. sued Volvo Trucks North America, Inc., over alleged price discrimination under the Robinson-Patman Act. The lower court ruled in favor of Reeder in a jury verdict, and the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals narrowly affirmed that verdict.

The U.S. Supreme Court granted certiorari in the case, heard oral arguments in October of last year, and this week handed down its decision reversing the lower court rulings.
