A vital plank in the association’s value proposition is its commitment to create programs and services that reduce costs for members. Cost reductions can be found in a number of areas. This committee is charged with exploring various opportunities and developing programs that will be effective in reducing operating costs.
A particular area of activity for this group is in the area of e-business practice development. A separate subcommittee for E-business development has been created and is supervised by the Cost Containment Committee.
The committee is also responsible for the development of all affinity programs. Affinity programs are those programs developed for the membership that will provide valuable business services at reduced group rates.
