ISA Today readers plan to add staff

A majority of ISA Today readers plan to add employees during 2006. Last month’s question of the month asked readers to indicate their hiring plans for the year. Seventy-five percent said they plan to add staff, 21 percent planned no staffing changes and just 4 percent said they will reduce staff during the year. The biggest changes will come in both inside and outside sales teams. Fifty-eight percent of ISA Today readers said they’ll adjust the size of their outside sales teams, and 53 percent said they will make adjustments to their inside sales/customer service ranks.
