The Profit Improvement Committee is charged with identifying and collecting data concerning the financial performance of the industrial supply channel and its members.
Data collection projects will focus on types of members and the information each needs to measure and plan for performance improvement. The committee will determine the appropriateness of collecting pertinent data on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis.
This committee will develop, review and measure the effectiveness and efficiency of each type of data collection.
