Tooling University and the Industrial Supply Association have partnered to provide a low-cost, online training program aimed at industrial distribution salespeople. Tooling U offers a 15 percent discount to ISA members who sign up for classes designed specifically to increase the industrial salesperson’s knowledge of product applications.

ISA advanced inside sales training
The Industrial Supply Association recently unveiled a three-module course on advanced inside sales force training, produced by inside sales expert Chuck Holmes.

Successful completion of this program will go a long way in turning your customer service group into order makers, not just order takers. The skills sharpened with this program can be successfully used by distributors, manufacturers’ representatives and suppliers alike. ISA Membership Cost is $25 per program.
