GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

Attendees of the Annual Product Show & Conference experience first-hand the quality education offerings provided through ISA’s collaboration with the Industrial Supply Association Education Foundation (ISAEF). The ISAEF is dedicated to providing industrial supply channel members with dynamic educational programs focused on sales management, channel management and leadership.

In addition, the Foundation works to inform, attract and recruit qualified individuals to the industrial supply channel. Its commitment to identify and educate the “best and the brightest” ensures that the employees, and employers of future are well prepared for the needs of the channel.

PARTNERSHIPS

Outstanding resources are available for employers, employees and students through the Industrial Careers Pathway® (ICP). The Foundation has partnered with several other distribution and manufacturing associations to bring the ICP to fruition. SCHOLARSHIPS

ISAEF also administers and awards the annual $10,000 Gary L. Buffington Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship was created in memory of the Industrial Distribution Association’s (I.D.A.)
