The Industrial Supply Association (ISA) is pleased to announce its 2026–2027 Board of Directors, a respected group of volunteer leaders elected by ISA member companies to help guide the association’s strategic direction and advance the industrial supply channel.
The 2026–2027 Board welcomes Chuck Delph, Chief Executive Officer of Vallen, as its newest Director. Delph joins a distinguished group of executives representing distributors, manufacturers, and industrial manufacturer representatives who will help guide ISA’s strategic priorities and oversee initiatives that strengthen member companies and the industrial supply channel.

As ISA’s fiduciary governing body, the Board of Directors is responsible for setting the association’s strategic direction, overseeing key initiatives, and ensuring ISA continues to meet the evolving needs of distributors, manufacturers, and independent manufacturer representatives across the industrial supply channel. Directors are elected annually by ISA member companies and serve as volunteer leaders committed to advancing the association and the industry.
