ISA25 Recap: What Did WII Do?
It’s hard to believe that ISA25 is already behind us! Women in Industry showed up in full force and proudly made an impact throughout the entire event! Our fearless leader, Renee Ricciotti of 3M and Chair of Women in Industry, delivered an inspiring presentation to the ISA Board of Directors, spotlighting our current initiatives and 2025 goals which all center on engaging more women to volunteer, participate, and grow as leaders in the industrial supply industry.
Renee also highlighted these initiatives during the ISA Networks Chair Panel session. The key message was that WII created an inclusive community that provides flexibility to its members to join and participate in any capacity they wish. Anyone can attend our virtual networking sessions, and anyone interested in our mentorship program can submit an application request, regardless of their roles or tenure within their organization. WII’s reach goes well beyond ISA’s annual conference and fall summit. It is a community that engages and networks throughout the year.

WII’s cocktail reception provided the perfect platform to celebrate our past chair Molly Langdon, who was awarded the 2025 Women’s Influence Award, as well as Tommy Thompson, who was presented with the 2025 John J. Buckley Lifetime Achievement Award. Many industry leaders attended WII’s reception to show their support to our network and join us in the celebration of Molly and Tommy, proving once again how far we have come in creating a diverse community and recruiting allies.
If you missed ISA25 and want to attend ISA’s next in-person event, save the date for ISA Fall Summit, November 3-5, 2025 in Memphis, TN. The WII track at this year’s Fall Summit promises to be our best one yet. Stay tuned for more information in future newsletters, and in the meantime, add your name to the Fall Summit interest list.
