How did you get started in our industry?
I started my career early on, almost by accident, with no real intention of staying in distribution or manufacturing. But over time, I gained valuable experience and developed a true passion for the work I do. I love bringing practical, impactful solutions to my customers and helping people any chance I get. Meeting new people and seeing new things are highlights of my work that keep it exciting and fulfilling.
Why did you want to join Women In Industry?
Joining Women in Industry seemed like a natural fit for me. I wanted to connect with others who share my drive and values, to support each other, and to grow professionally in a space that understands our unique perspectives.
What do you like best about WII?
The support and encouragement in WII are inspiring. Being surrounded by such a strong network has been incredible, both for personal growth and for enhancing my professional relationships.
What else would you like to see from WII?
I’d love to see more mentorship opportunities and resources that help us continue to thrive in our careers. More industry-focused workshops or panels could be a great addition as well.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy being outdoors, spending time with loved ones, and challenging myself with new projects. I find balance in staying practical and enjoying quality time with friends and family.
What is a fun fact about yourself?
I’m known for my attention to detail and my go-getter attitude. Once I set my sights on a goal, I’m fully committed to making it happen!
What book have you read recently that you loved?
While I do enjoy reading, I spend a lot of time on the road traveling between customer sites. I haven’t read any standout books recently, but I’ve made great use of my drive time by listening to industry-related podcasts. They’ve been an excellent resource for developing my skills and staying current with industry insights, which has been incredibly valuable for my growth.
