About The 2016 ISA Markets Monitor Report
Formerly called the ISA North American Industrial Markets Report, this comprehensive report provides detailed market size and segmentation data for 10 industrial product classes representative of ISA member markets. This unique collection of data is designed to give ISA manufacturers and distributors a clearer picture of their existing markets, market potential and benchmarks for establishing sales and growth goals.
The data in this report is presented in an online user-friendly format to give top-level estimates of market size, market share and market definition based on 10 product groups selected as representative of those sold by many ISA members in maintenance, repair, operating and production (MROP) industrial product categories. These product groups include abrasives, adhesives and sealants, coolants and lubricants, cutting tools, fasteners, hand tools, machine tool accessories, power tools, safety equipment and saws.
Deeper-level industrial product analysis at the county and metropolitan statistical area (MSA) levels is available to ISA members in spreadsheet format for import, finer analysis and internal planning use. This includes data for 10 industrial product groups for the largest 100 metro areas and 400 U.S. counties ranked by their market potential for the selected products. The report also contains additional geographic segmentation by U.S. state, metropolitan statistical area and county; as well as by Canada province and Mexico state. The report provides customer segment detail for each of the 10 product classes for the major industry classifications, including mining, construction and manufacturing segments.
