Discovering Your Authentic Leadership Style: How You Are Wired to Lead and Succeed

This workshop united key leadership principles with a personality hard-wiring assessment to guide participants through a truly eye-opening, full-day experience on exploring why they do what they do, why others do what they do, and how they can best leverage that understanding to lead and succeed.

Participants developed a deeper understanding of when to lead and when to team as they uncovered blind spots and developed strategies for covering them. They learned how they are naturally wired to deal with conflict, change and relationship differences. Most importantly, they learned how to maximize those strengths for the good of the team. Each participant completed a custom personal profile throughout the workshop.
