ISA ELITE MASTERMIND CANCELLATION & RENEWAL POLICY
Program Structure
Elite Mastermind is a year-long peer advisory experience consisting of twelve (12) facilitated sessions annually, offered as an annual subscription that automatically renews for successive 12-month terms unless cancelled.
Cancellation & Refund (First Term, Months 1–3)
ISA is confident participants will see meaningful value from the program. If, before the end of Month 3 of a participant’s first 12-month term, the participant does not believe the program is delivering value, they may cancel their enrollment and receive a prorated refund based on the number of months remaining in the term at the time of cancellation. The refund will equal the program fee paid, less 1/12th of the total fee for each month that has elapsed as of the cancellation date, regardless of attendance.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to ISA before the conclusion of Month 3.
After Month 3
All program fees for the current term are nonrefundable.
Auto-Renewal
To cancel automatic renewal into the next 12-month term, participants must notify ISA before the end of Month 11 of their current term. Cancelling the auto-renewal does not affect participation in, or fees already paid for, the current term — it only prevents enrollment in the next annual term.
General Terms
- Registration and participation are intended for the individual subscriber and may not be shared or transferred.
- ISA reserves the right to modify session dates, facilitators, or meeting formats as necessary while maintaining the overall value and intent of the program.
- Failure to attend a scheduled session does not entitle the participant to a refund, credit, or make-up session unless otherwise determined by ISA.
