We’re excited to share that ISA Board leader Joyce Lansdale has been named Vice President of Marketing at Vallen, marking the next chapter in her 25-year career with the company.

In this role, Lansdale will lead Vallen’s marketing organization, overseeing strategic supplier programs, metalworking solutions, and marketing initiatives that support continued market growth. She will also work closely across business development and commercial teams to strengthen alignment and accelerate performance across the business.

Lansdale brings deep institutional knowledge and leadership experience to the role, having previously served in several senior positions at Vallen, including Vice President of Enterprise Business Development, Vice President of Industrial Sales, Vice President of National Accounts, and Regional Vice President. Throughout her tenure, she has played a key role in building many of the programs and processes that define Vallen’s commercial strategy today, including national account frameworks, customer pricing strategies, and market trend reporting.

Beyond her business impact, Lansdale is also a co-founder of VICKIE, Vallen’s employee resource group focused on advancing women’s careers. The success of that initiative helped inspire additional employee resource groups across the organization and was recognized with ISA’s Innovation Impact Award in 2023.

Lansdale currently serves as Immediate Past Chair of the ISA Board of Directors and is the Chair of ISA’s newly launched Executive Network, a peer community designed to connect senior leaders across the industrial supply channel.

“I’m excited to step into this new role and continue working closely with the supplier community,” said Lansdale. “This industry is built on strong partnerships, and I look forward to building on those relationships while staying actively engaged with ISA and its members.”

“Joyce is exactly the kind of leader who strengthens both her organization and the broader channel,” said Brendan Breen, President & CEO of ISA. “Her track record of building high-impact programs, combined with her ability to connect across manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers, is what makes her such an important part of ISA and the industry as a whole.”

Through her continued leadership at Vallen and ISA, Lansdale remains a driving force in advancing collaboration, innovation, and growth across the industrial MROP channel.
