Women’s Influence Award

Award Description

The Women’s Influence Award honors an individual from an ISA Member company for their commitment to advancing the development and influence of women in the industrial supply channel.

Eligibility Requirements

The award is open to any person (male or female) from an ISA member company who has made a significant contribution to improving the careers of women in the industrial supply channel.  Any individual from a member company (Distributor, Manufacturer, Industrial Manufacturer’s Representative, or Service Provider) may submit a nomination for this award.  The application deadline is January 31, 2026.

Select Criteria

• Member companies wishing to nominate an employee for the Women’s Influence Award must complete the award application and submit a letter outlining the candidate’s accomplishments.  In the letter, please address the following criteria: 
  • The Nominee should demonstrate a personal passion, contributed to and/or made a positive impact on their company, the industry or individuals to advance the development and influence of women in the industrial supply channel.
  • Recognition of achievements (i.e. awards, citations, etc.) by other organizations and companies.
