Dr. Bharani Nagarathnam

Associate Professor & Associate Director of Graduate Program | Texas A&M University

Dr. Bharani Nagarathnam is an Associate Professor of Instruction and Associate Director of Master of Industrial Distribution program at the Department of Engineering Technology & Industrial Distribution at Texas A&M University. He teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in Industrial Distribution. He has more than 20 years of experience in teaching, applied research, academic program management. Dr. Bharani has worked on industry projects, consortia and professional development programs for more than 100 industrial manufacturers and distributors.

He has published in academic journals and industry publications. He is the co-author of two books. He is the co-founder of the Talent Development Council that works with Distributions on Talent acquisition, management and development practices. Dr. Bharani holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development and Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from the University of Madras, India.

Patrick Curry

President | Fullerton Tool Company

Patrick Curry is a leader in manufacturing who has significantly impacted sales, quality improvement, and on-time delivery while dramatically improving the topline and bottom-line of each of the companies he’s been a part of. Patrick is President and Partner of Fullerton Tool Company, Fullerton HB Reconditioning Center, Carbro USA, manufacturers of precision-made solid carbide cutting tools. He is also, President and Owner of Endurance Carbide, a manufacturer of carbide dies, bushings, gages, punches, and quills. He is a third generation Curry involved in the Curry Family of Companies and continues to invest in equipment, facilities, and personnel development for these companies. As President, Patrick is responsible for creating and leading the company’s vision and implementing the necessary strategies to enable that vision for the Curry Family of Companies which includes Fullerton Tool Company, Endurance Carbide & Carbro USA.

Patrick gives back to the manufacturing industry and local community through his service on a variety of Boards and Committees, including the Michigan Manufacturing Association, MMTC Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center, Great Lakes Manufacturing Association, Covenant Hospital Board, and the Saginaw Future.  He was named Michigan Manufacturer of the Year in 2014 and also received the Michigan Economic Bright Spot Award.

Patrick earned his BSBA in Industrial Engineering and Production Management from Central Michigan University.  Patrick and his wife reside in Saginaw, Michigan and have 3 children together – Greyson, Aidan, and Isabella.  Patrick is active in community youth sports programs and enjoys traveling, golfing, fishing, and hunting in his leisure time.

Tony Myers

Vice President Human Resources, SPHR, CSP | US Tool Group

Tony is a Human Resources Executive with US Tool Group, the world’s largest and leading cutting tool manufacturer, providing services to the world’s most prominent aerospace and defense contractors. In this position he leads a team of 9 who are accountable for all aspects of human resources management for over 800 employees in over 100 facilities across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

He received his Bachelor’s, in Business, Communications and Social Behavioral Sciences from the University of Missouri – Columbia and holds SPHR and CSP certifications. Tony has over 35 years of Human Resources experience and has been at an Executive level for nearly 20 years, most notably prior to US Tool as the Corporate Vice President of Human Resources — Organizational Development and Training for Fortune 100 Centene Corporation.

He is an expert in Leadership, Team and Cultural Development, Leadership Assessment, Succession Planning/Development Planning, and Engagement. He has a Master’s, Certificate in Executive Coaching, is Master certified by Franklin Covey and Achieve Global as well as holding certifications in MBTI, DiSC, Watson Glazer, Thurstone and Raven assessment tools.

His passion is cultural development, transformation, employee engagement and leadership. Through simple, sincere, and foundational principles of people, trust, relationships, team partnership, leadership effectiveness and engagement he has helped to develop leaders and executives to greater heights, and significant organizational growth.

In addition to Human Resources Tony is heavily involved in his community and with the State of Missouri serving on numerous committees and Boards of Directors. He lives in Farmington, Missouri with his wife and best friend De De, who is an elementary school special education teacher. They are avid fans of the Mizzou Tigers, enjoy spending time with each other, with their friends, travel, sports, outdoor activities, and boating.
